  • You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there was a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process – Simple & Quick

Fast Inspections:

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Refund Method:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds:

  • If items are not returned in their original condition, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion.

Shipping Costs – What You Need to Know

Return Shipping:

  • We’ll cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Original Shipping Fees:

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
